Friends Detroit Annual Mentor Day Friends Detroit hosted our annual Mentor Day event for our youth and their siblings. It was a day of love, fun, connection, and most importantly, learning! All youth were given STEAM kits from The Lab Drawer. The kits allowed our kids to learn about renowned artist, Jean Michel Basquiat and use his masterpieces as inspirations for their own. A special thank you to MCHS Family of Services for connecting us with our volunteer mentors. They helped make the day a success!
