Vianca Allison

Professional Mentor

I have dedicated my career to walking alongside children and families during some of their most challenging seasons. I hold a degree in Criminal Justice. I have extensive experience working with children in a school setting, center-based program, and the juvenile detention facilities.

I have worked closely with Child Protective Services to help keep families together. These experiences have helped me understand the complex systems that shape a child’s life.

I have worked with neurotypical children, children with autism, and youth who have experienced significant trauma. Through these experiences, I have developed a strong commitment to trauma-informed care and individualized support that meets each child where they are.

I am a strong advocate of the Two-Generation (2Gen) model. I believe that empowering children means supporting caregivers as well. I am passionate about helping young people build resilience, discover their strengths, and overcome obstacles so they can grow into confident, capable individuals.

As a Professional Mentor, I bring Love, empathy, structure, and a deep belief in every child’s potential.
