Tiffany Carr is a dedicated youth development professional with more than a decade of experience supporting students, families, and communities. Her background includes mentoring, literacy intervention, student advocacy, volunteer engagement, and program coordination. In her most recent role with Communities In Schools of Michigan, Tiffany developed and monitored student support initiatives, built community partnerships, and worked closely with school staff and service providers to address student needs.

Tiffany is passionate about helping young people recognize their strengths, reach their potential, and succeed academically and personally. Her experience includes providing one-on-one literacy interventions, mentoring students, recruiting and supporting mentors, and developing programs that promote academic success and personal growth. Tiffany earned her Bachelor of Arts from Oakland University.
