Quinicia Anderson

Meet Quinicia

Quinicia brings a strong background in early childhood education, family engagement, and educational leadership to the Friends of the Children Detroit Board of Directors. She has more than a decade of experience supporting children, families, and educators, including serving as an Assistant Director and Lead Teacher, Parent Liaison and Educator, Special Education Paraeducator and Lead Teacher, and Site Director.

Most recently, she served as Assistant Director and Lead Teacher at Community Day Care and Preschool in Ann Arbor, where she supported staff development, family engagement, program operations, licensing and accreditation, curriculum implementation, and quality improvement. She is currently pursuing her Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education Leadership and brings a passion for helping children and families thrive. We are excited to welcome her leadership, experience, and commitment to our mission to Friends Detroit.
