Dr. Taran McZee powerfully embraces his calling as a scholar, educator, and DEIB expert. His work covers topics such as implicit bias, equitable hiring practices, microaggressions, identity & intersectionality, healthcare disparities, and diversity & inclusion. Dr. McZee has presented and lectured at several different conferences and universities throughout the United States. He has done equity and inclusion training for corporate American, health care, and education. Through his DEIB lens, Dr. McZee works proactively to cultivate, motivate, and develop the all-inclusive experience for organizations and companies.

Dr. McZee's work has dedicated his life to empowering businesses, public institutions, non profit, and schools to embrace DEIB. His unique experience as a results-driven educator and revolutionary thought leader makes him a sought-after lecturer, teacher, and national DEIB consultant.

Dr. McZee earned his Bachelor degree in Sociology (concentration in criminal justice) from Central Michigan University, his Masters of Arts in Educational Administration and Community Leadership, and his Doctorate of Education at The University of Kentucky.
