Nikki Hamp, MD, MPA, FAAP is the Chief Health Officer at the Autism Alliance of Michigan. She is a board-certified developmental behavioral pediatrician and adjunct clinical assistant professor within the division of Developmental Behavioral Pediatrics at Michigan Medicine.

Dr. Hamp has a long history of early childhood and disability advocacy across the state. She serves as Michigan's Early Childhood Champion for the American Academy of Pediatrics Council on Early Childhood and was appointed by Michigan Governor Gretchen Whitmer to serve on the Michigan Interagency Coordinating Council for Infants and Toddlers with Developmental Disabilities. She also sits on the board of directors of the Early On Foundation and the steering committees for the Think Babies Michigan Policy Initiative and Help Me Grow Michigan.

Outside of work, Dr. Hamp enjoys spending time with her husband, Kiff, and their two children in northern Michigan.
