Mary Neyland Moore

Corporate Veteran turned Mission-Based Consultant

Mary is a seasoned corporate leader who has recently exited the corporate space to pursue joy and purpose by leveraging her business acumen to help mission-based organizations deepen their impact on their constituents and the community.

With a career that spanned more than 30 years, including tenures at General Motors and Kelly Services, Mary is skilled at partnership development, process excellence, strategic planning, and data-driven decision-making. She has a track record of aligning strategies with business goals, creatively solving problems and developing impactful programs with measurable returns. Her experience includes an entrepreneurial venture, M-Pressions Marketing, where she served as CEO and managing partner. Under her leadership, the company developed and obtained NFL licensing for a Super Bowl 40 product.

Mary has a passion for youth and serving the community. She has mentored numerous high-school girls, tutored middle- and high-school students, and led impactful community service collaborations. Her heart for service, ‘roll-up-the-sleeves’ work ethic and desire to impact the community have been evidenced throughout her professional experience as well as through leadership in Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated®, where she was awarded the 2022 Outstanding Graduate President in the Great Lakes Region. Mary currently serves on the marketing and fund development committee for Detroit-based, non-profit, Alternatives for Girls.

She holds an MBA from the University of Michigan Ross School of Business and an undergraduate degree in accounting from Indiana University. Mary loves to travel and enjoys a relaxing round of golf. She and her husband of 33 years, reside in Farmington Hills, MI and have two adult daughters and a son-in-love.
