My name's Adrian Rhiannon Pyle - I'm a new Friend and super excited to join the Friends of The Children Detroit team. I have experience with mentoring and tutoring programs in Richmond, New York and Detroit and I'm especially passionate about creativity and literacy. I studied Sculpture and Extended Media at VCU school of the arts and have taken trainings in phonological awareness and literacy comprehension. I also love nature and learning about the native plants and animals in Michigan. I'm looking forward to lots of art activities, reading, games and science lessons this year.
