Rachel Barra is originally from Michigan and completed her undergraduate studies at Duke University in 2021 where she received a Bachelor of Science in Economics. Currently, Rachel is attending the University of Michigan where she is a Master of Business Administration and Master of Public Policy candidate. Before returning to Michigan to continue her education, Rachel worked at Chegg to support their Academic Relations Team and the Chegg Center for Digital Learning. Rachel also spent a year in Nashville, TN where she was an eighth-grade math teacher as a member of Teach For America. Rachel is passionate about education equity and interested in pursuing a career in education policy.
