Kelsey Menninga brings more than 15 years of experience working with youth across a variety of educational and community settings. Her background includes working as an English teacher in Japan, a daycare assistant, and a music therapist; all of which have shaped her passion for supporting young people as they grow and discover their potential. Kelsey is especially passionate about helping youth find their spark and explore all areas of their curiosity. She believes strongly in building supportive communities that connect families, schools, and neighborhoods, and values collaboration as a key part of helping both young people and the organization thrive. Outside of her work, Kelsey enjoys knitting and cross-stitching under the supervision of her two cats.
